1. Florencanto Website
On this website, Florencanto offers information and services for those who wish to send flowers, bouquets and gifts online. Below, you will have access to our terms and conditions and, by accepting them, you fully agree to the provisions described herein.
2. Public Access and Restrictions
The website may be accessed free of charge in its entirety and content. To make purchases, the user must register, provide the requested information and accept the presented terms.
All data and content inserted on the website are prepared directly by Florencanto or by its service providers and partners.
The user is not permitted to access the website's source code, database or any internal information. Any attempt at unauthorized access will subject the responsible party to the penalties provided for in current civil and criminal legislation.
It is also forbidden to use techniques to hide, alter or falsify the IP address, as well as to submit malicious content. In case of non-compliance, access may be suspended or terminated.
3. Registration for Purchases
To make purchases, the user must register providing only true, accurate and up-to-date information. Registrations that do not comply may be deleted.

5. Use of Website Content and Images
All images and written content available on the Florencanto website are intended for personal and restricted use of the user.
It is expressly forbidden for the user to use techniques, tools or procedures aimed at hiding, altering or falsifying their IP address, as well as submitting malicious content, harmful codes or any action that may compromise the security, integrity or functioning of the website.
Non-compliance with these rules may result in temporary suspension or permanent cancellation of the user's access, including the inability to make purchases, in addition to the application of applicable legal measures.
6. Delivery Policy and Flower Freshness
Florencanto works to ensure that your bouquets and arrangements arrive fresh and within the stipulated deadline. However, as these are natural products, factors such as weather and handling during transport may influence the appearance of the flowers at the time of delivery.
In case of delays or problems with product quality, the customer must contact our customer service within 24 hours of receipt, so that we can evaluate and find the best solution.
7. Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Brazilian law. The Central Court of the District of São Paulo is elected to settle any doubts or disputes, with express waiver of any other, no matter how privileged.
